Systemic Therapy for a Connected Life

Our Approach

Sometimes the challenges we face don't exist in isolation. Relationship difficulties, family tensions, stress, anxiety, or feeling stuck can often be connected to the experiences and relationships that have shaped us.

At ZEA Therapy, we offer relational psychotherapy rooted in systemic family therapy. Rather than looking at challenges in isolation, we explore how your relationships and life experiences, both past and present, influence your well-being.

Together, we help you make sense of these patterns, strengthen your connections, and find healthier ways forward. Whether you come as an individual, couple, or family, we provide a safe and supportive space to foster healing, build resilience, and create lasting change.

Family Therapy

Our Process

A minimalist meeting or work space with two people taking notes and working on a laptop, decorated with white calla lilies in a tall glass vase, neutral-colored vases, and glasses of water on the table.

Step 1 - Reach Out

Contact us through our website form, email, or phone to share a few details about what brings you to therapy so we can understand how best to support you.

A desk with a vase holding an orange flower, a glass of water, a pair of glasses, an open notebook, and a woman's hands writing in a journal. There are additional vases and framed art on the desk.

Step 2 - Therapist Assignment & Scheduling

Based on availability and your needs, we will match you with one of our therapists and schedule your first session at a convenient time.

Step 3 - Begin Therapy

In your first session, you and your therapist will explore your goals and begin the process of working toward meaningful change and wellbeing.
